Cancellation Policy
Draft, not in effect. Tutorpack isn’t on sale yet, so nothing here applies to anyone today.

All Access ($9.99 a month) renews every month until you cancel. Cancel any time, in a minute, with no questions.
How to cancel: go to link.com, sign in with the email you paid with, open Recurring, choose Tutorpack All Access and cancel. (Tutorpack billing runs on Link, Stripe’s checkout. If you paid as a guest, your receipt email lets you create a Link account with the same email.) Not sure what you have? Ask your AI: “what’s my Tutorpack account?”
After you cancel:
- You won’t be charged again.
- You keep every course until the end of the month you’ve paid for. After that, your AI can no longer load them.
- Courses you bought separately stay on your account; they don’t need a subscription.
- Cancelling doesn’t refund the current month (see the Refund Policy).
If a payment fails: your courses keep working while Stripe retries the card. If the payment can’t be collected, the subscription ends and the courses stop loading. Update your card at link.com.
Free trial: nothing to cancel. It lasts 7 days, needs only your email (no card), ends on its own, never turns into a paid plan, and is once per email.
Single courses: paid once, nothing renews, nothing to cancel.
