Terms of Service

Draft, not in effect. Tutorpack isn’t on sale yet, so nothing here applies to anyone today.

Highlighted words are blanks still to be filled, and lines marked to confirm or like this aren’t final. All of it is settled before sales open.

Last updated: date

1. Who we are. Tutorpack is run by legal name, state, country. Contact: support@domain.

2. What you get. Interactive courses that run inside your own AI app (for example Claude) through the Tutorpack connector. Premium courses also come with a practice page you open in your web browser from a link your AI gives you. You need your own account with that AI app; its plan, limits and privacy are between you and its maker. Your AI follows our course files. We check every answer key, but an AI can still make mistakes, so double-check anything important.

3. Your account. You sign in with your email and a one-time code; there’s no password. An account is for one person. Don’t share it.

4. Prices and payment. Prices are in US dollars: $4.99 per course, $7.99 per premium course, $9.99 a month for All Access (every course). Tax is added at checkout where it applies, and checkout may show your local currency. Payments are “Sold through Link”: Link, from Stripe, is the merchant of record. It processes the payment, shows its payment terms at checkout and sends the receipt. Tutorpack (legal name) sells and provides the courses. A course opens in your AI as soon as Stripe confirms the payment (with a slower payment method, once it clears); nothing is shipped. Some countries can’t buy (Ascension Island, China, Cuba, Iran, Kosovo, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Tristan da Cunha).

5. Free trial. 7 days of every course. Email only, no card, once per email. It ends on its own and never becomes a paid plan.

6. All Access renews every month until you cancel; see the Cancellation Policy. Courses you buy once stay open on your account without a subscription. to confirm

7. Using the courses. For your own learning. Don’t copy, share, resell or publish the course files, or use them to build another course or train another AI. to confirm

8. Not advice, no gambling. Some courses cover money, betting, health or careers (for example poker, blackjack, craps and roulette, sports betting maths, investing, options, personal finance, financial statements, salary negotiation and nutrition). They teach skills and the maths behind them. They aren’t financial, investment, tax, accounting, legal, medical, diet or gambling advice, and there’s no real-money play or prize. Play, bet and invest at your own risk, only where it’s legal; ask a doctor or dietitian before changing how you eat.

9. Refunds. See the Refund Policy.

10. Changes. We improve courses over time and may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do.

11. Limits. The service is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. to confirm

12. Law. These terms follow the law of state. Your local consumer law still applies where it gives you more rights.
